How we work
JJEM Finance is a small project run by a small team. We aim to respond to most enquiries within a few working days, but during busy periods it may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience.
What we love to hear about
- Corrections. If something on the Site is inaccurate, ambiguous, or out of date, please tell us. Specific feedback (the entry, the sentence, the correct interpretation) is especially helpful.
- Suggestions for new terms. The reference is a living document. If there is a concept you would like to see covered, send it our way along with a sentence on why it matters.
- Accessibility issues. We try to design the Site to be readable on any device and for any reader. If something is hard to read, navigate, or operate with assistive technology, please let us know.
- Translation interest. If your community would benefit from JJEM Finance in another language, we would love to hear which one and why.
What we can't help with
We are not financial advisers, broker-dealers, custodians, or compliance professionals and cannot answer questions about your specific practice, accounts, regulatory situation, or vendor selection. For those questions, please consult qualified professionals in your jurisdiction.
We also do not respond to unsolicited link-building requests, sponsored content offers, or generic SEO outreach.
